Z with Lau will be back on Tuesday 3rd January on the usual timetable ( check in the Labels on your right, a Timetable) for a couple of weeks and then lots of exciting changes and new classes! Yay!

Zumba new frontier pioneers
Friday 2nd december for the first time in Marlborough and area, Power session for 90 minutes full energy and smily faces : Bridget, Caroline, Jane, Louise, Nikki, Pam, Tina, Victoria and of course Tony...!
Are you fit or what???!!! You gave me a big mama proud moment and I know you mean business now, 90 minutes ? What was I thinking? Bring on 2 hours and we will be talking!
